For those of you following my 2023 Tacoma: I initially gave this Dealer bad reviews, based on poor "communications", misunderstandings, and Sales Floor People who could use more education on their product they are representing. Once I established good communication with management, things started happening. Unfortunately, an unforeseen problem with Toyota Corp Policies put delays into easily resolving this issue. When I brought in my wife’s RAV4 for service, I went over to the showroom to look at the Tundras. Was nicely treated by salesman Aaron Butler, left my information, and a few days later was contacted by salesman Angel Medina. He listened to what I was looking for in a Tundra, got me as close as he could to an ideal truck (I found that it is very hard to get everything you want these days), and eventually we made the deal, including trade in and financing. Angel also thoroughly explained the features.
